Qualifications

I the home inspector am a member in good standing with the following Organization:

-InterNational Association of Certified Home  Inspectors Nachi ID Number NACHI108072701

I am a proud member of (InterNachi) I am in good standings with the organization. I have passed all the entrance exams to become a member. I also must continue my education while as a member of InterNachi  to fulfill education and knowledge as an Inspector. InterNachi has a 50% failure rate due to scores or requirements. As a member I must continue my educational coarse with a minimum of 24 hours per year, every year. This educational coarse assists us in our everyday business as home inspectors.

- A Home Inspector in the state of Wisconsin is required to have a state license.

- Wisconsin State Certified License # 2219-106

- IAC2 Certified Mold Inspections

- IAC2 Certified Radon Testing
